1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item delivered is damaged or defective, or

You received a wrong item
No other reasons are eligible for return.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for All Returns)
To process your return request, you must provide an uncut unboxing video that clearly shows:

The unopened package

The entire unboxing process

The damaged or incorrect product as received

Returns without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
For your return to be eligible:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Email must include your order number and proof of purchase
If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be processed.
4. Return Shipping Cost

If your return is approved (due to damage or wrong item), NIVI will pay for the return shipping.

If the issue does not fall under our return policy, the return request will be declined.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and verify your return along with video proof:

We will send a replacement (if stock is available), or
-
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept a return if:

The product is not damaged or incorrect

No valid unboxing video is provided

The product has been used, altered, or is missing packaging

The request is made after the 48-hour window
7. Order Cancellation Policy
When you place an order, you enter a legally binding agreement to purchase.

Order cancellations are allowed only if mentioned on our website.

Approval of cancellation requests is at our sole discretion.

After receiving the product:

You may request a return or refund only if the product does not match the description.

Approval of refunds will be determined based on the details and proof provided.
