6. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, which may vary based on location and courier fees.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • Orders that have been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
